Fusion CTI Mobile: The app for using the FusionPBX telephone system

FusionCTI, the solution for providers of telephone services based on FusionPBX.

The FusionCTI Mobile APP replaces the phone app on your mobile device and can be used just like on the desktop. All the benefits of FusionCTI are thus also available on the move.

A key advantage of the APP:
You can call any customer or supplier at any time, the business phone number is always displayed.

If desired, you can also be reached via the landline number from the telephone system. You can also forward calls to colleagues or a call center as required.

To use it, the FusionCTI REST API must be installed on the system.

LDAP Server

The LDAP server directly accesses the FusionPBX contact database.

This allows all phones to access the central phonebook via LDAP. The necessary data can be delivered to the phone via provisioning. For most phones, this also allows access to a personal phonebook. Encryption also guarantees optimum security for mobile use. The maintenance of the phone book can be done with the FusionCTI Client. This allows import and export in CSV format.
